Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we use your name, email address and message solely to respond to your request. Technical delivery runs through our website manager (Hello Friend, hosted within the EU). We keep your request no longer than needed to handle it. No spam, no fuss.

Creators in The Collective

On The Collective we show profiles of the model creators who are part of our collective. Per creator we publish, insofar as supplied: name, photos and video, a short bio, social links and measurements (such as height, clothing and shoe size). This data is on the site so that clients can pick a creator to work with.

Legal basis: participation in the collective is based on a collaboration agreement, and publication of the profile is part of that agreement. We only publish a profile with the creator's consent. Retention period: for as long as the creator is part of the collective; on departure or on request we remove the profile and the underlying image files.

Are you a creator and would you like your profile changed or removed? Email [email protected]. On removal we take the profile offline and erase the associated photo and video files; taking a profile offline alone does not count as deletion for us.

Cookieless statistics

To improve the site we measure visits and loading performance with PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). This measurement places nothing on your device: no cookies, no session recordings, no advertising profiles. Legal basis: legitimate interest (limited statistics). Want to object? Email us and we will exclude you from the measurement.

Measurement and advertising cookies, only with your consent

If you accept cookies via the cookie notice, we measure site usage and the results of our advertising with cookies from a small number of partners. Currently these are:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): measuring site usage. Data may be processed in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention period: 14 months.

If partners are added (for example for advertising via Google Ads or Meta), we will update this list. Without your consent these cookies do not load. You can adjust or withdraw your choice at any time via 'Cookies' at the bottom of every page; withdrawing is as easy as giving.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email [email protected]. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
