Terms for Brands (Clients)

• Access & Usage
  Only clients with an active MCC subscription (€69 per month) can utilize our services and model pool. Content can be acquired per individual asset, in packages, or via bundles.
• All bookings require a minimum purchase of four (4) content assets per model, unless individual assets are explicitly chosen within the Collective Pass subscription.
• Payment & Production Start
  Content production commences only after the 50% down payment has been received.
  Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
• Delivery Time
  After the model receives the product, a maximum delivery time of 7 business days applies, unless otherwise agreed.
  Delays in product delivery by the client may affect the schedule.
• Content Usage
  Content may be used by the client for:
  – Social media (organic)
  – Newsletter (max. 6 months)
  – Webshop (1 domain)

For other forms of use (such as advertisements, print, or outdoor), an additional buy-out of +40% per campaign is required (max. 2 months).

For extended use or other channels, we offer custom solutions.

• Rights & Exclusivity
  The usage rights are non-exclusive, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Models retain the right to use content for their own portfolio after publication.
• Revisions & Corrections
  One feedback round is included, focusing on minor adjustments to voice-over or editing. Reshoots are only performed if MCC or the model has demonstrably deviated from the briefing. Adjustments outside the original scope may be charged separately.
• Confidentiality
  We treat all briefings and brand information confidentially. If desired, we will sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

📌 These terms are part of every assignment. For structural collaborations, additional agreements can be laid down in writing.

For Models & Creators

• Assignment Confirmation
  You will receive a briefing and confirmation per assignment via email or WhatsApp. This will include the agreed-upon deliverables (number of assets, style, any voice-over/editing). You only confirm assignments that you are genuinely able and willing to execute.
• Remuneration & Payment
  You will invoice MCC for your work based on the agreed rates. Payment will be made within 14 days after receipt of a correct invoice and client approval of the content.
  For assignments involving voice-over and/or editing, you will invoice the agreed-upon extras per asset.
• Delivery Time
  The delivery time is a maximum of 7 business days after product receipt, unless otherwise agreed. Should you deliver late due to circumstances, please report this as soon as possible.
• Revisions & Reshoots
  One feedback round is included, focusing on minor adjustments to editing, text, or voice-over. Reshoots are only applicable when there is demonstrable deviation from the briefing.
  Additional edits or rework outside the briefing can only be performed and compensated upon consultation.

• Content Usage
  You grant MCC and the client the right to use the content as agreed: including on social media, in newsletters (max. 6 months), and on the client’s webshop.
  You are not required to post the content yourself.
  You retain the right to use the videos for your own portfolio after publication (if desired).
• Ownership & Brand Respect
  Content is created on behalf of the brand. We ask you to handle their products, corporate identity, and tone of voice carefully and respectfully.
• Confidentiality
  You shall not share content prior to client publication. Products, campaigns, or strategies remain confidential until after launch.
• Collaboration
  MCC reserves the right to (temporarily) suspend collaboration in case of repeated late delivery, insufficient quality, or failure to adhere to agreements.
